The Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi announced that the fifth edition of the Cultural Summit will be held this year under the slogan "Culture is a way of life", at Manarat Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi, from 23-25 October 2022.
The summit aims to explore the future of the culture sector and discuss creative cultural solutions to the most pressing global issues affecting our world today, It also discusses contemporary challenges that drive and drive change in the creative and cultural industries, and the broader cultural sectors in today's world.
A number of cultural leaders, artists, decision makers, researchers, thinkers, educators and creators will participate in the summit, discussing these urgent and contemporary issues, through panel discussions, lectures, presentations and discussions, The Cultural Summit is held in cooperation with global partners in the fields of culture, arts, media, technology and economy
These partnerships include organizations such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Economist Impact, Google, the London Design Museum, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Foundation, and the Recording Academy.
Other event partners include Image Nation Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Film Commission, Sandstorm Comics, The Cultural Foundation, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Berkeley Abu Dhabi, Cultural Resource, Arab Fund for Arts and Culture, and Institut Français,The summit schedule features an outstanding selection of keynotes, panel discussions, artist talks, workshops, film screenings, creative talks, and cultural performances.
